A calendar built for groups
Geo is an event planning and attendance tracking app designed specifically for group organizations. Unlike general-purpose calendar apps built around individual schedules, Geo is built from the ground up to handle the complexity of managing events across large groups with multiple subgroups, sections, and roles.

Your schedule, at a glance
When you open Geo, a clean calendar view shows everything happening across your organization — events, invited members, locations, and key details — all in one place. Multiple calendar views are available, so each member can engage with the schedule in the way that works best for them.

Flexible event creation
Creating an event in Geo gives you tools tailored for group logistics. You can assign up to three locations to a single event, each with its own geofence for automatic check-in. Invitees can be added by full group, subgroup, section, or role. Attributes can be attached to events for easy categorization and filtering.

Attendance tracking and excuse requests
Geo handles attendance automatically through geofenced check-ins, and provides a clear summary showing totals for present, tardy, absent, and excused. Members can request an excuse or notify Administrators they'll be late directly from the app. Administrators review and act on all requests in a single approval flow — no digging through emails required. Attendance reports can be exported by Group, event, or individual participant.

Calendar sharing and Arc integration
Geo supports multiple sharing options: a Subject calendar for program-wide events, a Group calendar for rehearsals and section-specific events, and a public calendar that anyone can subscribe to or view in a browser. Geo also syncs with iOS Calendar, Google Calendar, and other popular platforms. For organizations using UDBapp or Beam, Geo is built directly into those apps — upcoming events and check-in alerts are accessible without switching between apps.
