Invitees are an optional feature for events that attaches a list of selected participants to an event. If check-in is enabled, those invitees are required to check in.

For Public events, invitees follow the same check-in requirement while all other viewers can see event details without being prompted.

The calendar type does not restrict who can be invited — an event on a Group calendar can include participants from a different Group, as long as those participants have Geo product access enabled.

This invitee list includes the full Concert Band Group as well as some selected participants from the Jazz Band Group
