Events in Geo are added to either the Subject calendar or a Group calendar. Events on the Subject calendar are visible to all participants. Events on a Group calendar are visible only to participants who belong to the selected Group(s).

Editing an event after it has been created and changing it from one calendar type to another impacts invitees. Invitees in a Group calendar event must also be in the same Group in order to receive notifications and participate in check-ins.
