After joining your Subject, you'll find a Group already created and ready to use. Groups allow Admins to organize participants in the ensembles that apply to them. Participants can join multiple Groups.

Depending on the needs of your Subject, you may wish to create additional Groups. Groups and rosters are persistent across all Arc products, including Beam and UDBapp.

Create a Group

From the Geo home screen, tap Settings
Locate and tap Groups
Tap the button in the bottom right corner
Enter the Group's details, customize the icon, toggle product visibility, and then tap Create

Locate Group Join Codes

From the Geo home screen, tap Settings
Locate and tap Groups
Tap the Group
Tap Codes

Code Screen Functions

Tap a code to copy it to your device clipboard
Tap the button to share a QR code for participants to use to join
Regenerate codes (does not impact existing participants)
Share selected codes using your device's share functionality (e.g., text message, email, AirDrop, etc.)
